Blind Hole Boring TK2135
TK2135Ax3 m hydraulic prop repair machine
TK2135A special hydraulic pillar repair machine is mainly for processing cylindrical workpieces, cutting tools and tool rods are used for deep hole processing equipment, which can be boring and rolling processing, can process through holes, step holes, blind hole nesting and so on. The tool feed uses a servo drive system to achieve stepless speed regulation. The machine bed is made of high-quality cast iron, which has strong rigidity and good precision retention. The bed rail is hardened with high wear resistance and good precision retention. It is a special equipment mainly used for the repair and remanufacturing of hydraulic props in coal mines and the manufacture of new hydraulic props. Its processing efficiency is 3-5 times that of ordinary machine tools.
