TGK2115 CNC deep hole scraping machine tool adopts the processing method of fixed workpiece and rotary feed of cutter.

TGK2115 CNC deep hole scraping machine tool adopts the processing method of fixed workpiece and rotary feed of cutter. The machine is equipped with a numerical control system, and the boring bar box is driven by an AC servo spindle motor. The main shaft bearing adopts high-precision bearings with high slewing accuracy. The feed box uses a servo motor, which has stepless speed regulation. Equipped with a high-precision ball screw to achieve high-precision and stable feed of the headstock. The bed adopts a rail bed with a width of 650mm, and the double rectangular guide rail ensures the overall rigidity of the machine. The special hydraulic self-centering fixture ensures the stability of the workpiece during high-speed processing.
The machine tool is equipped with an automatic chip removal device. The coolant filtration method uses three-stage filtration with a filtration accuracy of 50μ. Scraping and boring machine, deep hole scraping and boring, the efficiency is 5-8 times higher than ordinary deep hole and honing. It is a processing equipment specialized in manufacturing hydraulic cylinders, and it is another breakthrough in deep hole technology. This machine tool integrates rough boring and fine boring into one body, and uses push boring to complete rough and fine boring at one time. After boring, the roll-back function is completed at the same time. Rolling processing makes the workpiece roughness Ra0.4. Can replace ordinary deep holes and honing.
